The paper ‘An Eclectic Method of Teaching English to Bridge the Gap Between the Employers and the Learners in our Colleges’ in the UGC sponsored International Conference on ‘Teaching English for Employability’ (TEE 2013) on 21 st and 22 nd November 2013 at Annamal College of Education for Women, Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu in association with ELTAI, English Language Teachers’ Association of India supported by Regional English Language Office, US Embassy, New Delhi and British Council.
2. Presented the paper titled ‘Unveiling the masks in Kamala Suraiya’s The Mask and M Vijayalakshmi’sBhagavatha’ in the National Seminar ‘Feminine Self: Discourses and Practices’ on 8 th November 2013 organised by the Department of English, T M Jacob Memorial Govt. College, Manimalakunnu, sponsored by the Department of Collegiate Education, Government of Kerala.
3. The paper ‘Narrativity in Life of Pi: Yann Martel’s novel and Ang Lee’s film’ was presented in the UGC sponsored National Seminar on ‘Narrative of Narratives’ organized by the Department of English and Perspektiva: The English Research Forum, SreeSankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady from 26 th to 28 th February 2013.
4. Presented the paper ‘DrOmanaGangadharan’s novel AayiramSivarathrikal transcreated by Fazil as ManivathoorileAayiramSivaraathrikal without much Inter Semiotic Translation Problems’ at the UGC sponsored International seminar on ‘From Fiction to Film: An Interdisciplinary Approach’ at Govt. Women’s College, Thiruvananthapuram in collaboration with Kerala State Chalachithra Academy from 14 th to 16 th March 2012.
Participation in Seminars/Workshops
1.        Took part in the four day residential ‘Train the Trainer Programme’ for Master trainers of the 21 day training in Communicative English and Basic IT Skills, organized by ASAP, a joint initiative of Department of Higher and General Educations, Government of Kerala at Maria Rani Centre, Thiruvanathapuram from 23 rd to 26 th April 2014.
2.        Participated in the KSHEC sponsored two day ‘Faculty Development Programme for Young College Teachers’ on 21 st and 22 nd June 2013 held at MES Asmabi College, Kodungallur jointly organized by Kerala State Higher education Council, Thhiruvananthapuram, Muslim Educational Society, Calicut and MES Asmabi College
3.        Participated in the NAAC sponsored National Conference ‘Education for Sustainability:Challenges and Oppurtunities’ organized by the IQAC of MES College, Marampally on 12 th and 13 th June 2013.
4.        Participated in the two day Skill Trainer Excellence Programme- Master Trainers’ Programme of Additional Skill Acquisition Programme, Department of Higher Education under the Communicative English Trainer Scheme conducted at Maria Rani Centre, Chaavadimukku, Thiruvananthapuram from 18 March to 19 March 2016
